Business Builder and Hobbyist Opportunities

I Remember When now has two distinct programs available. For those who are interested in building a business, hosting regular crops or classes, scrapping for others, or becoming a State Rep or joining our Design Team, we have a Business Builder program. For those who want to get a discount but do not want the hassle of monthly minimums, we have a great Hobbyist program.

Business Builders

Scrapbooking is a fun and dynamic way to meet people, share creative ideas, and help others preserve their precious memories. It can also be a great way to earn money for yourself and your family. IRW Business Builders earn an up-front commission of 25% of sales. You determine your income based on the number of workshops you hold. The average IRW workshop produces $200-$500 in sales.

All Business Builders have a $75 instructor cost (before shipping charges) per month minimum, with two non-consecutive month exemptions during a calendar year.  Your first month’s (the month in which you join) minimum is automatically covered by your $99 Instructor Kit cost.

Our instructor kit includes the business essentials needed to get you off the ground. Then, you can place your first order at your convenience, ordering the products that best suits your needs - either inventory building or your first customer order. Hobbyist Opportunities

Joining IRW as a Hobbyist gives you a great discount every day on all the latest and great products without any minimums.

For just $25 per year, you get get a 20% discount on all products that IRW carries. You also get our hobbyist Quick-Start Guide sent via email and one each of current catalogs and supplements sent by mail. You will be allowed to participate in our home office bulk buys for items such as Bazzill Paper.  For more information see the comparison chart. As a hobbyist can I place orders for friends and family too?
Absolutely! Being a hobbyist just means that you are not required to meet those monthly minimums and can not take on any leadership positions within IRW. You can place as many orders for friends and customers as you like. If you find yourself placing orders regularly for friends and family, you might want to consider becoming a business builder to get a larger discount and have more support in growing your business.

How will I learn what I need to know?
Your Business Builder training manual will be your first source of info to help you get going, and your upline will help through starting and growing your business. Our instructors also have excellent resources in the form of a message board to exchange ideas and ask/answer questions. Your upline is the best source of information and help. If you are a hobbyist and need more information, you still have access to the IRW Forum, which has lots of information about everything IRW.

When should I place my first order, and what should I order?
You place your first order at your convenience.  You can order whatever products you think would be best for your business – building inventory or as your first workshop order.  Feel free to discuss this with your upline.
